"Home Away From Home"
Almost Twelve Months to the day of ordering a Coastal Motorhome, the new Coastal Gemini 820 built on a Mercedes 519 was ready for us to pick up.
On arriving at Coastal Depot, & seeing it, first impressions WOW. Gloria & I were given the grand tour. Inside another WOW, just what we ordered. A wonderful 2015 Christmas present for us both
We had been to Taupo to Brent’s factory several times to see progress & minor adjustments made. Now to see the finished Motorhome Painted in the Colours we chose & décor inside, we are very very happy.
Mike, Paul, & Toni gave us a good run down on all the bells & whistles that are installed in the Motorhome, & how they work. Just as well it comes with a very good manual. As we all know, when all else fails, that’s what the Manual is for.
After sales service is excellent, Paul or Mike just a phone call away. A few tweaks & adjustments solved problems.
We took delivery on 12 Dec 2015.
Home, loaded up & left 0n 16 Dec 2015. Once more round the Block.
Arriving home on the 4 Apr 2016. 6458 Km’s Travelling back country metal roads to Highways & any road between, we are very pleased with our purchase.
WE highly recommend COASTAL MOTORHOMES for your next Motorhome Purchase
Gary & Gloria PARK
Gloria & Gary's Gemini
Like a lot of our clients the Parks were experienced motorhomers when they came to see us. Thismeans they know exactly what they want and how they want it. We were able to accomodate them with this Gemini layout with a central bathroom area.
The single beds are at the rear with a robe and drawers in between. We fitted large windows here and a large roof vent giving plenty of natural light. The toilet and shower are on each side but do actually close of to seperate the living quarters from the bedroom.
Gary wanted an additional 'drinks' fridge in this van so we built in a sliding fridge at the end of one of the beds.
This van was finished with the Mercedes silver and our Coastal dark teal colour on the bottom featuring our new graphic - a real stand out!
