Our experience purchasing our new Hilltop Thredbo Caravan has been amazing. From paying our deposit in May 2024 then choosing our colours it has been easy and straightforward. Toni and Paul make a great team, nothing is too much trouble. Our van arrived in NZ in September and we went down to pick it up at the beginning of October. Toni sent me a video of our van as it pulled into their yard.

We sold our Jayco Journey in October 2023 after 2 years of too and froing for warranty issues, we placed an order with Coastal and took delivery of our Hilltop Thredbo in May 2024 from Toni and Paul At Coastal Caravans in Whakatane. From Start to Finish the process has been easy. Nothing has been a problem. We opted for the Cruise Master Suspension which we are more than happy with. Any requests we asked for were done. The Hilltop caravan is a high spec and quality control is paramount for this company.
